Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my story and the reasons behind how I got here and why I do what I do.

I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach, passionate about helping people reconnect with what they love while living their happiest, healthiest life. My focus is on lifestyle and preventative medicine. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
I grew up as a competitive gymnast, which laid the foundation for my love of fitness and wellness (and handstands!) It is also where I learned that strength is not just physical—it’s mental. That same inner grit carried me through the early days of my nursing career.

In 2021, I started my nursing career working in the Medical Intensive Care Unit in New York City, during the dark depths of the COVID-19 pandemic on the night shift. I faced short staffing, emotional exhaustion, and the immense responsibility of caring for critically ill patients only months after graduating nursing school. With limited support and few resources to help process the emotional and psychological weight of the job, I found myself constantly sacrificing sleep, struggling with burnout, and losing the sense of self I once held so firmly.
Throughout it all, I attempted to find comfort in my foundation of wellness and fitness. But even those anchors started to feel out of reach as I struggled to maintain balance. It was then that I recognized a critical gap in healthcare—one that goes beyond patient care. Burnout —it’s a real, pervasive crisis. Too many healthcare professionals easily lose sight of the very reason they entered the field. What I yearned for was a way to prioritize self-care amidst the chaos and support to stay connected to the joy of nursing. While we are trained to care for others, we are often left without the tools and resources to care for ourselves.

That is why I created Taylor’d Wellness—to remind you that you're not alone on your wellness journey. Whether you are in healthcare or any other field, I am here to walk alongside you. My mission is to help you build resilience, rediscover joy, develop healthy habits, and live your happiest, healthiest life. I have realized that wellness isn’t an information problem—it’s an implementation problem. My goal is to help you integrate wellness into your lifestyle in a way that feels natural and sustainable. One of the most powerful lessons I have learned in nursing is that your well-being should never be sacrificed for the demands of your work. Everything has its place, and I am here to help you find that balance— tailored just for you.
Thank you for being here!
With gratitude,
Taylor
